Mechanical Booster Pump EH Series

The Mechanical Booster Pump EH series has an exhaust speed ranging from 310 to 4915 m³/h and is widely used in industrial and chemical fields.

The EH series is a roots-type vacuum pump that can be used as a mechanical booster. By using it simultaneously with a backing pump, it can reduce pump downtime, making it suitable for use in environments with high differential pressure. You can choose from five models with exhaust speeds ranging from 310 m³/hr to 4915 m³/hr. <Features> ● Exhaust time is half that of non-atmospheric drive types. It can start simultaneously with a backing pump (rotary or dry pump) through a hydraulic coupling, allowing for exhaust from atmospheric pressure. In conventional exhaust systems, the mechanical booster switch is typically turned ON after the pressure drops below 1000 Pa, starting operation. Compared to this, the exhaust time is reduced by approximately 50%. ● Compact and economical. The EH series does not require bypass piping, pressure switches, valves, or relay circuits. Therefore, it allows for the construction of a compact and economical exhaust system. It can be freely combined with various vacuum pumps, allowing you to select according to the required exhaust time and budget.
